Packaging mode of automatic bagging packaging machine

Automatic bagging and packaging machine is a machine that wraps products in heat shrinkable film, and then heats the film to shrink and wrap the products. According to the machine type, it can be divided into dry tunnel shrinking machine and oven shrinking machine.
According to the different packaging methods, the automatic bagging packaging machine can be roughly divided into the following three types of packaging: opening at both ends, which is to wrap the package in the sleeve with cylindrical film or flat film and then conduct the thermal shrinkage operation. After the completion, the two ends of the package are provided with contraction ports. When using the tube film, first stretch the opening of the tube film, then push the product into the tube film with the help of the chute, and then cut the tube film. This method is more suitable for packaging cylindrical objects, such as batteries, paper rolls, bottles and cans. The advantage of automatic bagging packaging machine is that it reduces 1~2 sealing processes and has beautiful appearance. The disadvantage is that it cannot meet the requirements of product diversification and is only suitable for batch production of single product.

When using the automatic bagging machine to wrap articles, there are two ways: single flat film wrapping and double flat film wrapping. Compared with the width of the project and the double film, the upper and lower films are used for wrapping. Before wrapping, the two films are cut. At the same time, the two films are sealed. Then, the product is put into the film and passed through the machine or hand. After the upright person drops to the position, the seal cutting mechanism is used to seal and cut the product on the other side. After heat shrinking, the film wraps the product. The two ends of the package shrink to form an ellipse. When using a single flat film, first unfold the flat film, send the wrapped product to the middle of the flat film to form a horseshoe shaped package, and then heat seal the package.
Four sealing type, the product is wrapped with flat film or cylindrical film, and the seam is overlapped. It is used to package products that need to be sealed. The L-type sealing method can adopt the folding membrane. The folding membrane can be pulled out for a certain length by rolling the roller and placed in a horizontal position. The open end can be opened mechanically or manually to push the product to the crack.
Single layer flat film pillow bag is available. This method is to use single-sided flat film to seal the longitudinal seam into a cylinder, push the product into it, and then cut the transverse seam seal into pillow type packaging or seal both ends of the card into a cylinder packaging. The double flat film four seal packaging is similar to the opening at both ends, which can only be completed if the machine is equipped with sealing devices at both sides. Wrap the cylindrical membrane, seal and perforate the cylindrical membrane only when it is cut off, and then heat shrink it. There is usually a needle beside the mouth. During heat sealing, the needle pierces a hole in the film, and the hole often closes by itself after heat shrinkage.
Tray shrink packaging is a typical example. First, make the film into a square bottom bag, then put the bag on the stacked product tray from top to bottom, and then perform thermal shrinkage. Put the tray loaded with products on the conveyor belt and cover it with shrink film bags; The heat shrinkable channel is entered by the conveyor belt, and the shrink packaging is completed after passing through the heat shrinkable channel. Its main feature is that the products can be packed firmly in a certain number of units, will not be loose during transportation, and can be stacked in the open air.
