1. The raw material bin is equipped with an upper and lower level gauge to control the start and stop of the feeding device. Ensure that there is sufficient material to supply the feeding equipment continuously. 2. There are many raw materials used for dry mixed mortar of the feeding device, and there are also many raw material silos (such as 9 sets of main material silos, 6 sets of auxiliary material silos, and 2 sets of metering and batching silos). The feeding distance is far, which is suitable for the closed screw feeder as the feeding device. For the materials with good fluidity, generally adopt the spiral feeder with larger specifications as the fast feeding; Fine feeding adopts precision screw feeder of smaller specification. The working time, working mode and early closing time of the two shall be determined during on-site commissioning. In order to ensure continuous and stable feeding, the rotating speed of the screw feeder shall not be very high, and the ratio of screw pitch to diameter shall generally be ≤ 0.5. As a precision screw feeder for fine feeding, a set of frequency converter should be added. When it is close to the rated amount, the speed will gradually slow down until it stops. With this design scheme, the feeding accuracy can generally reach more than ± 0.3%. In order to ensure the production rhythm, the screw feeder, as a fast feeding machine, has a larger specification and its feeding capacity should not be less than 130% of the rated amount. Due to the pulsation of the screw feeder's discharge, the material may collapse after the screw feeder stops, affecting the accuracy of batching. A quick shut-off valve shall be set at the discharge port. When the screw feeder stops, the shut-off valve shall be closed quickly. For the feeding device with a close horizontal distance between the outlet of the raw material bin and the inlet of the metering and batching bin, a precision grid wheel feeding unit and a smooth chute can be used as the feeding device.

On the premise of ensuring sufficient rigidity (especially the installation and support components of the load cell), the weight of the metering and batching bin system should be as light as possible; Its effective volume is 110-120% of the total volume of various formula materials; The cone angle is designed according to the angle at which materials with poor fluidity can slide freely and stably. If the cone angle of the bin is too small, it is easy to cause unclean discharge of materials in the bin, and the instrument display does not return to zero, which will interrupt the automatic production line. For materials with poor fluidity, several groups of unidirectional jet nozzles can be set in the middle and lower part of the warehouse to help flow; Flexible silos can also be used; In order to reduce friction resistance and improve corrosion resistance, a stainless steel lining that is easy to replace can be designed. The connection between the batching bin and the weighing sensor should have height adjustment, limit and pre support devices; The three load cells shall be symmetrically and evenly distributed to balance the force; Generally, the batching bin is designed with ring plates. One is to increase rigidity, and the other is to place calibration weights to facilitate calibration.
